The Family profile and Family profile Plus apply on every language version of Tobogana where your hotel appears (currently tobogana.sk, tobogana.cz, tobogana.pl, tobogana.hu and tobogana.com). Paid priority applies to the default sort order. When sorting by travel time from home, hotels do not move up.
Prices exclude VAT. The founding price applies to orders placed by 12/31/2026. The package does not renew automatically. Before the period ends, we may send you an offer for the next year.

What you pay for and what changes the score
The score changes only when the facility details change. We take details from your website, from you and from our editors. Payment does not change the score and the rules are the same for all accommodation. You pay for photos, offers and your place in the list. How we calculate the family score
Questions hotels often ask
Does payment affect a hotel's score?
No. Payment changes only where and how the hotel appears. A paid placement always carries an ‘Ad’ label.
Where do you get the details about my hotel?
From your website, your questionnaire answers and our editors. After a stay, parents can confirm a detail with the ‘Confirm what is right’ button or report an error. Our editors check corrections before they are published. Every detail shows its source and the date it was checked.
What if a detail is wrong?
The hotel profile has a ‘Report an error in the details’ button. You can also write to us.
Do I have to pay for the profile?
No. The profile with details from your website and the questionnaire, the questionnaire itself and corrections are all free. You pay only for the paid placements listed above, if you order them.
