Deleting your account and data

You can delete your Tobogana account yourself without writing to us.

1. Sign in
2. Open "My account".
3. At the bottom, click "Delete account" and confirm.

What we delete

We immediately delete your name, e-mail, consents, discount codes, reviews and any answers still awaiting review or rejected. We delete your sign-in account within 7 days at the latest. Approved details about hotel facilities stay on the site without your name.

Without signing in

If you can no longer sign in, write to us from the e-mail address linked to your account and we will delete the account within 30 days: data@tobogana.com
